Nurmo is a marketing and research consultancy founded on one belief: strategy is only worth what gets shipped. We publish the deck, then stay to build the platform and playbook that make it real.

Clients come to us when an agency's answers feel too broad, a research house's findings too academic, and a software studio's roadmap too far from the customer.

We sit in the middle: part analyst, part operator, part builder. We help founders and executives read the market, hear the customer, and decide what to build, launch or retire next.

  1. Listen, then frame

    Every engagement starts with two weeks of listening: to the founder, the customer, the data. We leave with a sharper question than the one we were hired to answer.

  2. Research with a bias for decisions

    We don't write research that decorates a drawer. Every finding is pointed at a decision, a bet or a hire you're about to make.

  3. Strategy as a working document

    The deck is version one. We revise it with you as the market moves. Strategy, in our hands, is a verb, not a quarterly artefact.

  4. Build, ship, measure

    We translate strategy into campaigns, software and systems, then stay close enough to watch them work in production. Insight means nothing without motion.
